Here is a cool Promo Video and article discussing Culture Shock LA’s in school Teaching program which I am a part of. It was published by Janna Brancolini of the Daily Breeze.

In summary, the in school programs bring teaching artists such as myself and Miss Tiffany, to LA unified schools across Los Angeles where we teach hiphop foundation and connect the art of movement and the discipline of dance to daily walks of life and the curriculum being studied by the students. We usually have 10-week or 20-week programs with a final “culmination” performance at the end. I have three weeks left at my first school in Torrance. They are 3rd graders and in only seven weeks they have learned so much. Anyways here is the vid:
